Twin Tree Hotel - Kotagiri

I recently stayed at a hotel in a scenic location near Kotagiri and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money and attention to detail. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view of the tea gardens from the big window in my room on the first floor. It was truly mesmerizing to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were sufficient and the rooms were well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Everything was okay and there is nothing that needs improvement.

View and Relaxation Stayed at a hotel in the hills with my partner and we enjoyed the view of the green valley from the room. It was a perfect place to relax and spend some quality time together. We loved the serenity and peaceful surroundings. the food was delicious and we had a good variety. the hotel was located near some great hiking trails and beautiful waterfalls.

Small Room and Noise the room was quite small for the price we paid, and the walls were thin, making it very easy to hear the noise from the other rooms and the hallway. the bathroom was not very clean and the shower was not working properly.

Spent a lovely weekend surrounded by nature and beautiful tea gardens. The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway for a scenic drive. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

The restaurant was small and lacked proper ventilation, which made the cooking smells a bit overwhelming at times. , there were no fans or air conditioning in the rooms, so it could get a bit stuffy during the day.

The hotel is in a picturesque location on top of a hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding tea gardens right from the large windows in the rooms. This alone is worth the stay as it creates a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Another aspect that impressed me was the attentive and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. They provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms on the first floor were well-maintained with all the basic amenities we needed, and the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
